Ben Blausten

Director

Ben is a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in Commercial and Residential Real Estate for 11 years, specialising in Investment, Asset Management & Development. Ben has previously worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate, Robert Irving Burns and Swan Housing and has transacted and managed over £400m of Real Estate in Investment deals and Asset Management, as well as Development schemes including a £600m Town Center Regeneration scheme.

Ben is a RICS Registered Valuer, a non Executive Director of a Property Company and a Trustee of a Community Land Trust.

Ben is a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in Commercial and Residential Real Estate for 11 years. Ben has previously worked for Bouygues Development, a London based developer now called LinkCity, managing public bids and frameworks for residential and education sector development frameworks, and for the last 6 years has managed the Nelson Group, a group of companies focusing on UK and French residential and Swiss commercial development and investment.

  • Asset management of 7000sqm Grade-A commercial offices in Geneva with stringent security requirements.

  • Extensive decontamination package with support from Homes England following competitive funding process.
  • Delivered new Link Road in partnership with Local Enterprise Partnership.
